KYC Verification Guide

To complete KYC, you will need:

• A passport (we recommend using an international passport).

Important:

• Use real data and high-quality photos

• Documents must be valid and clearly visible

• Attempts to deceive may result in account blocking

Verification time: Usually takes 5–10 minutes, but in rare cases, it may take longer

Photo verification tips: ✅ Find a well-lit place

✅ Make sure your face is clearly visible within the frame

🚫 Do not wear hats, glasses, or masks

Step 1: Select Region and Upload Documents

• In the Verification section, click Continue

• Select All countries except USA

• In the Verification section, click Continue again

• Choose your country and the document you will use for verification

• In the Upload your document section, upload a photo of the selected document*

Step 2: Photo Verification

• In the Get Your Camera Ready section, click Continue

• In the Allow Camera Access section, click Continue

• Grant Sumsub access to your smartphone camera by tapping Allow

• Complete the photo verification by following the on-screen instructions

• Wait a few seconds for your data to be processed

• Congratulations! Your profile has been successfully verified.
