Subscription and Access Errors

Card Freeze and Subscription Deactivation (Error Code: #B003)

Causes of occurrence

This error means that your subscription period has ended, and the card has been automatically frozen. After that, any operations with the card become unavailable until the subscription is renewed.

What to do?

To restore access to the card, you need to renew your subscription. This can be done in two ways — both available via @WantToPayBot:

Via mini-app:

• Open @WantToPayBot

• Go to the mini-app

• Open the frozen card

• Click the Renew Subscription button

Via direct link:

• A subscription renewal link is automatically sent to your chat with @WantToPayBot

• Follow the link and follow the instructions

If the subscription does not renew or the link does not appear — contact support at @WantToPaySupportBot.
