How does a virtual card work?
Virtual cards are no different from regular cards, except that there is no physical plastic. By entering your virtual card details where you would normally enter your credit or debit card details, you can easily make purchases.
Where can I make purchases and payments?
The virtual card allows you to make purchases/pay for goods wherever online cards are accepted, primarily US dollars and currencies other than the Russian ruble. For these reasons, you must use a location change program when paying for services and goods.
Can I top up my balance?
Yes. If it is a rechargeable virtual card with Easy/Pro tariffs. You can easily refill the balance at the set rate if you have a card with Pro tariff, taking into account all commissions and expenses of serviced payments. Or according to the set rate of Easy cards, taking into account loyalty discounts for repeated refill.
No. If it is a virtual prepaid card. The balance of such card cannot be topped up.
Do the cards support 3D-Secure?
Yes. If it is a virtual prepaid Visa card, payment verification is automatic and you do not need to enter the code. Also you can watch the write-off of the check sum in the “Transactions” section of your personal cabinet, this is when the service writes off a test amount.

Easy - 36 months;
Pro - 12 months;
Prepaid - 60 days;
Gift - one-time use.
What name should I use when paying with the card?
Virtual cards do not require KYC (Know Your Costumer), i.e. they are nameless, but since filling in the name when paying is mandatory, you can indicate your name when paying. Read more
What billing address should I enter?
Billing address will be sent together with your card details in the chatbot. Use them when filling in the billing address data.
