Errors in the mini app

I get a 401 Unauthorized error when logging into the mini app. What should I do?

Answer:

An active session in the mini app lasts for 15 minutes. After this period, the connection is interrupted, which causes the 401 Unauthorized error.

To log in again, tap “Menu” → “Open App” → “Log In”.

If the issue persists, restart the WantToPayBot by sending the /start command and try logging in again.

I’ve registered, but when I try to log into the mini app I get a white screen or a 401 error. What should I do?

Answer:

The presence of special characters in the BIO section of your Telegram profile may prevent login. We do not recommend using special characters in the First Name, Last Name, or Username fields.

If the issue persists, please contact our technical support team.

White screen when opening the app via Telegram Desktop — how to fix it?

We recommend using the mobile version of Telegram to access the app.

Logging in through the Desktop version may be problematic with certain internet providers.

We also do not recommend using a VPN to access the mini app.

If the issue persists, please contact our technical support team.
