User Registration Error (Error Code:

This error occurs if you try to register with a phone number or email address that has already been used before.

The system does not allow creating a second account with the same contact details.

What to do?

If you see this error, it most likely means you have already registered before.

Please contact support via @WantToPaySupportBot, we will check your information and advise you on the next steps.

401 Unauthorized Error When Entering the Mini App (Error Code: #U002)

Answer:

An active session in the mini app lasts for 15 minutes. After this period, the connection is interrupted, which causes the 401 Unauthorized error.

To log in again, tap “Menu” → “Open App” → “Log In”.

If the issue persists, restart the WantToPayBot by sending the /start command and try logging in again.

White Screen or 401 Error When Entering the Mini App (Error Code: #U003)

Answer:

The presence of special characters in the BIO section of your Telegram profile may prevent login. We do not recommend using special characters in the First Name, Last Name, or Username fields.

White Screen When Entering the App via Telegram Desktop (Error Code: #U004)

We recommend using the mobile version of Telegram to access the app.

Logging in through the Desktop version may be problematic with certain internet providers.

We also do not recommend using a VPN to access the mini app.
