After payment, you will receive a unique code. This gift code is valid on Spotify.com in the United States. You can use it to make purchases in the Spotify store.
Requirements:
Your Spotify account must be registered in the USA.
You can either change your region or create a new account.
VPN with a U.S. location must be used when entering the code.
How to activate the code:
Go to and log into your account.
Enter the code and click “Continue”.
