Prepaid tariff

Prepaid virtual cards belong to the category of products that cannot be returned or exchanged. The reason is that such cards are activated immediately after purchase and the funds on them become available for use. You cannot withdraw funds from the balance of the card, they can only be spent by making a purchase, which makes refunds impossible. 1. Terms of Use for the Visa Prepaid Card

1.1. The minimum amount required to issue a card via SBP or bank card is $5 plus an acquiring fee.

1.2. The cards do not support transfers or withdrawals to any other plastic or virtual cards.

1.3. The Visa Prepaid card does not support balance top-ups, but there is no limit on the number of cards you can issue.

1.4. The validity period of the Visa Prepaid card is 60 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the card will be automatically deleted along with any remaining balance, if any.

1. Restrictions and prohibitions

2.1 Cards do NOT support the function of transferring unused balances from the card or deletion with crediting the balances to the balance of the internal wallet of the Wanttopay application.

2.2. Unacceptable categories of goods and services: Payment for services with 18+ content, cryptocurrency exchanges and their analogs, online casinos and their analogs, as well as other resources that violate the current legislation is prohibited.

2.4. Cards do not support transfers or withdrawal to any other plastic or virtual cards.

2.5. It is strictly prohibited to make payments by virtual card in the currencies of the following countries: Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Pakistan, Belarus. In case of transactions in the currencies of these countries, the card and the funds on it may be automatically blocked by the issuing bank.

1. Recommendations for the use of cards

3.1. The cards do not support the transfer of unused funds or deletion with a refund to the internal balance of the Wanttopay wallet.

3.2. The following categories of goods and services are not allowed:

Payments for services with adult (18+) content, cryptocurrency exchanges or similar platforms, online casinos or their analogues, as well as any other services that violate applicable laws.

3.3. Any purchases from merchants or service providers located in, or billing from, the following countries are strictly prohibited:

Russia, Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Crimea region, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk region (Ukraine), Ethiopia, Greece, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk region (Ukraine), North Macedonia, Mali, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Mozambique, Myanmar/Burma, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea / Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Panama, Philippines, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

If transactions are made in the currencies of these countries, the card and any remaining funds may be automatically blocked by the issuing bank.

4.1. When registering and making payments on services, use an email address with a foreign domain, such as Gmail.com.

4.2. Always use location spoofing software (VPN) when registering or paying on services.

4.3. The card is non-personalized, but when filling out the First Name / Last Name fields, enter your real name in Latin characters, as some services may request verification and you will need to confirm your identity.

4.4. The card is not tied to a specific address, but some services verify the country of card issuance, which may result in payment declines. Use the billing address provided with the card, which is shown in the “Billing” section.

4.5. For user convenience, Visa Prepaid card balances are displayed in USD only.

4.6. Visa cards support 3D Secure authorization technology; payment verification is processed automatically.
