The plan is also compatible with Alipay and WeChat Pay. 💸 **Purchase fee:** from $0.50 to $1.00 (+0.2% for contactless payments). For some card types, for payments not in USD or outside the US — 2.5% (min. $0.50) instead of a fixed amount. 🔁 Service: an active Plus subscription is required for the card to work. ### **Terms of the Smart plan** {% hint style="info" %} Within the Smart plan, several types of cards are issued, and the exact transaction fee and fee for a declined transaction may vary slightly depending on the specific card you have issued. General product description** 1.1. Virtual cards with a top-up balance. Suitable for online purchases, shopping, hotel bookings, and travel. 1.2. The cards support 3D-Secure technology. Confirmation codes are sent in the Telegram bot. 1.3. The cards support contactless payment via Apple/Google/Samsung Pay in different countries. Exception — the Russian Federation and other countries subject to sanctions restrictions. 1.4. The validity period of the virtual card is 36 months from the date of issuance. 1.5. Issuance region: USA. **2. Rates and fees** 2.1. The card issuance fee when paying with cryptocurrency is $15. When paying in ₽ — 1,590 ₽. The card requires a minimum deposit of $10. 2.2. Top-ups are available at the internal exchange rate, which can be viewed in the "Home" section [in the Wanttopay mini app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI). 2.3. Card balance top-ups via cryptocurrency are made through available tokens and networks in the Wanttopay mini app. The top-up fee is 7% excluding network fees. 2.4. You can top up the card only through the [Wanttopay mini app ](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI)using the methods specified in the "Home" section. Direct transfers from other bank or virtual cards are not credited to the balance, even if the funds were debited. Such transfers are not refunded. 2.5. The card can be topped up from $1 to $5,000. It is forbidden to top up the card by transfer using the card number. The card can only be topped up through the Wanttopay mini app using the methods specified in the "Home" section. Any transfers from bank cards, foreign banks, or other virtual cards are not credited and are non-refundable, even if the money was successfully debited. 2.5.1. For each top-up, use new payment details. Payment details can be used **only once**. A repeated transfer using previously used details will not be credited. It is impossible to refund such a transfer, so always use only current payment details and strictly follow the payment system instructions. 2.6. The maximum monthly spending limit is $50,000. 2.7. An active Plus subscription is required to use the card. The subscription costs 6 USDT every 30 days from the date the card is issued. 3 days before the charge and on the payment day, you will receive a notification with a payment link.\ \ 2.7.1. If the subscription is not paid on time, the card is frozen. To unfreeze it, extend the subscription for 1 month or longer in your personal account. 2.9. At the end of the validity period, the card is reissued free of charge provided the subscription is active. 2.9.1. Fee for a successful transaction: from $0.50 to $1.00 (+0.2% for contactless payments). For some card types, for payments not in USD or outside the US — 2.5% (min. $0.50) instead of a fixed amount. A fee of from $0.40 to $1.00 is charged for a declined transaction (Decline) regardless of the reason for the transaction being declined. **3. Refund terms** 3.1. Virtual cards with the Smart plan are not subject to exchange or refund. 3.2. Funds credited to the balance of a virtual card with the Smart plan are non-refundable. **4. Restrictions and prohibitions** 4.1. Payment for the following categories is prohibited: * Money transfers and transfers to other cards or wallets * 18+ content services, dating sites * Cryptocurrency exchanges and exchangers * Online casinos, gambling, betting, lotteries * Gas stations (fuel stations) * Top-up and purchase of prepaid cards * Payment of deposit and surety * Third-party e-wallets (WebMoney, Payeer, PayPal, etc.) * Any resources that violate international law 4.2. The cards do not support transfers or withdrawals to any other plastic or virtual cards. 4.3. The cards do not support the ability to withdraw remaining funds to the internal balance. 4.4. It is forbidden to link a card with a zero balance to trial subscriptions. The card may be blocked automatically without the possibility of recovery. 4.5. It is forbidden to make multiple transactions with insufficient balance. Check your balance before payment and unlink the card from services with automatic debits. In case of abuse, the card may be blocked automatically without the possibility of recovery. 4.6. Purchases from merchants in the following countries are prohibited: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russia, Myanmar, Somalia, Ukraine, Yemen, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Lebanon. When paying in the currencies of these countries, the card may be automatically blocked by the issuing bank.\ \ 4.7. Activation of promo codes and trial periods with the Smart card is not guaranteed.
