Easy card terms** 1.1. Virtual cards with a reloadable balance. Perfect for regular purchases on online services, shopping, and hotel bookings. 1.2. The cards support 3D-Secure technology. Users receive authorization codes directly in the Telegram bot chat. 1.3. The virtual card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After the specified period, the card will be automatically removed from the system, along with any remaining funds, if there are any on the card balance. **2. Fees and charges:** 2.1. The card issuance fee is $10. The card requires a minimum deposit and is issued with a $10 balance. 2.2. Payment and top-up of the card balance using available methods at the internal exchange rate, which includes all fees and expenses. 2.3. The card can be topped up by any amount from $4 to $5,000 at the set exchange rate, which can be found in the “Home” section. The minimum top-up amount via cryptocurrency is $4 + a 9% network fee. \ 2.4. Card balance top-ups via cryptocurrency are carried out through any of the available tokens and networks in the Wanttopay mini-app. The top-up fee is 9%, excluding the fee of the network through which the top-up is made. \ 2.5. Topping up the virtual card is possible exclusively through the Wanttopay mini app, using the available methods listed in the “Home” section.\ Top-ups by direct transfer from other bank or virtual cards are not supported and are not credited to the card account, even if the sender’s funds are actually debited. Such transfers are non-refundable. 2.6. The maximum monthly spending limit on the card is no more than $4,000. 2.7. To use the card, an active Plus subscription is required, which acts as a monthly maintenance fee. The subscription costs 6 USDT. The payment is charged every 30 days from the date the card is issued. 3 days before the payment date, as well as on the day the service ends, you will receive a notification and a payment link.\ \ 2.7.1. If the card maintenance fee is not paid on time, the card will be frozen. To unfreeze the card, you need to renew the subscription in your personal account for 1 month or a longer period. 2.9. Upon the expiration of the virtual card, it will be reissued free of charge, provided that the service fee is paid on time. Funds remaining on the card balance after the card expires are NOT subject to reimbursement. 2.9.1. Fees for each successful transaction are $0.25.\ \ 2.9.2. Fees for each canceled transaction are $0.25.\ \ 2.9.3. In the event of a refund request from the client, a fee of $45 is charged, regardless of the outcome. If the card was not registered and personalized by the holder with the issuer, it is exempt from refund and dispute resolution requirements initiated by the consumer. Refund conditions:** 3.1. Easy-plan virtual cards are NOT eligible for exchange or refund. 3.2. Funds credited to the balance of an Easy-plan virtual card are NOT refundable and may be used only for purchasing goods and services online. **4. Restrictions and prohibitions:** 4.1. The cards do NOT support transferring unused remaining funds or manual deletion with the remaining funds credited to an internal balance. These funds may be used to pay for goods or services online. 4.2. The cards do NOT support contactless payments with Apple Pay or Google Pay; the cards are intended exclusively for online purchases. 4.3. Prohibited categories of goods and services: payment for services with 18+ content, gaming services, gaming: payment for gaming-related activities including donations and the purchase of games themselves, cryptocurrency exchanges and their analogs, online casinos and their analogs, as well as other resources that violate applicable international law is prohibited. 4.4. Any purchases from merchants or service providers located in or billing from the following countries are strictly prohibited: Russia, Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Crimea region, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Greece, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, North Macedonia, Mali, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Mozambique, Myanmar/Burma, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea / Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Panama, Philippines, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe. If transactions are made in the currencies of these countries, the card and the funds on it may be automatically blocked by the issuing bank. 4.5. It is prohibited to carry out multiple transactions with insufficient balance on the virtual card. Therefore, the user is advised to check the card balance independently before paying for the service they need and to unlink the card from services that charge a monthly subscription. In case of abuse, the card may be automatically blocked by the bank's anti-fraud system with no possibility of restoration. 4.6 Activation of subscriptions with promo codes, as well as promotional plans (GO) and trial periods using Easy cards is not guaranteed. If the service refuses to activate the subscription, the amount paid for issuing the card is non-refundable. 4.7. It is prohibited to top up third-party electronic wallets from the balance of a virtual card (WebMoney, Payeer, PayPal, etc.). **5. Support:** 5.1.
