Virtual cards with a reloadable balance. Suitable for regular online purchases, paying for digital services, subscriptions, shopping, and hotel bookings. 1.2. The cards support 3D Secure technology. Users receive authorization codes in the Telegram bot. 1.3. The virtual card is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance. After the term expires, the card is automatically deleted from the system. The remaining balance is not retained and cannot be restored. **2. Rates and fees** 2.1. The cost of issuing a card when paying with cryptocurrency is $10. When paying in ₽ — 990 ₽. The card requires a minimum deposit of $10. 2.2. Balance top-ups are available at the internal exchange rate. The exchange rate can be viewed in the "Home" section in the [Wanttopay mini app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI). 2.3. The card can be topped up with amounts from $4 to $5,000. The minimum top-up amount via cryptocurrency is $4. 2.4. Top-ups via cryptocurrency are available through any supported token and network in the Wanttopay app. The top-up fee is 9%. 2.5. It is forbidden to top up the card by bank transfer using the card number. The card can only be topped up through the Wanttopay mini app using the methods specified in the "Home" section. Any transfers from bank cards, foreign banks, or other virtual cards are not credited and are non-refundable, even if the money was successfully debited. 2.5.1. Use new payment details for each top-up. Payment details can be used **only once**. A repeat transfer using previously used details will not be credited. It is impossible to refund such a transfer, so always use only current payment details and strictly follow the payment system instructions. 2.6. The maximum spending limit per month is $4,000. 2.7. An active subscription is required to use the card. The subscription fee is **6 USDT every 30 days** from the date the card is issued. You will receive a notification with a payment link 3 days before the charge and on the payment date.\ \ 2.7.1. A discount is provided when paying for a 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription. If the subscription is not paid on time, the card is frozen. To unfreeze it, renew the subscription for 1 month or longer in your personal account. 2.9. Upon expiry, the card is reissued free of charge provided the subscription is active. The remaining balance on the expired card is not refunded. 2.9.1. The fee for each successful transaction is $0.25. 2.9.2. The fee for each cancelled transaction is $0.25. 2.9.3. A $45 fee is charged for any refund request, regardless of the outcome. If the card was not registered by the holder with the issuer, refunds and disputes are considered solely at the issuer's discretion. **3. Refund terms** 3.1. Easy plan virtual cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 3.2. Funds on the balance of the Easy card are non-refundable — they can only be used for online purchases. **4. Restrictions and prohibitions** 4.1**.** The card does not support carrying over a remaining balance or manual deletion with funds returned to the internal balance. The remaining balance can only be used to pay for goods and services online. 4.2. The card does not support contactless payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay. 4.3. It is prohibited to use the card to pay for illegal or high-risk services. This list includes, but is not limited to, the following categories: — money transfers, transfers to bank cards and electronic wallets;\ — 18+ content services, escort services, and dating apps;\ — online casinos, betting, lotteries, and other gambling services;\ — cryptocurrency exchanges, exchangers, and transactions with digital assets;\ — gas stations (fuel stations);\ — purchase and top-up of prepaid cards;\ — payment of bail and surety;\ — top-up of third-party electronic wallets (WebMoney, Payeer, PayPal, etc.);\ — purchase or distribution of drugs and controlled substances;\ — any operations related to fraud, deception, or money laundering;\ — any transactions that violate local or international law.\ — gaming services and gaming (including donations and buying games). 4.4. Purchases from merchants in the following countries are prohibited: Russia, Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Crimea region, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Greece, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, North Macedonia, Mali, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Mozambique, Myanmar/Burma, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Panama, the Philippines, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe. When paying in the currencies of these countries, the card may be automatically blocked by the issuing bank. 4.5**.** The following actions are prohibited: * making multiple transactions with insufficient balance; * abuse of refunds (chargebacks, fraud refunds); * fraudulent or deceptive operations, including money laundering; * misuse of the card or attempts to bypass payment system restrictions; * transactions aimed at exploiting payment infrastructure or risk arbitrage; * attempts to circumvent established restrictions, including the use of intermediaries or third-party services. 4.6. Activation of promo codes, promotional rates, and trial periods with the Easy card is not guaranteed. The card issuance fee in this case is non-refundable. 4.7. The following platforms often cause disputes or restrictions from providers. Users are prohibited from carrying out improper or high-risk transactions on these services: * WeChat Pay * Uber * Shopify * Adobe * StockX * Gameforge4D * Indigo * DuoLingo * LinkedIn ❗️ The list is not exhaustive. 4.8 If violations or prohibited activity are detected, the following measures may be applied: * freezing or terminating the virtual card; * restricting or suspending account access; * charging fines or costs related to disputes. Use virtual cards only for lawful and permitted transactions to avoid restrictions and payment failures. **5. Support** 5.1.
