Why do I need a subscription?

The Plus subscription is a maintenance fee for Easy and Smart cards. It keeps your virtual card active, allowing you to safely pay for services, make purchases, and top up your balance.

Without an active subscription, the card is frozen and becomes unavailable. To unfreeze it, you need to pay for the subscription.

How much does the subscription cost?

Wanttopay Plus can be purchased for 1, 3, or 12 months. The longer the term, the lower the cost per month. The current prices and discount amount are shown below.

When paying for the subscription through different top-up methods, a fee may be charged. The final amount depends on the selected method.

How to pay for the subscription

Method 1. Manual renewal via the mini app

• Go to the mini app @WantToPayBot
• Select an active card
• In the block under the card information, click “Renew subscription”
• Select a payment method
• Click “Confirm and pay”
• After going to the service website follow the instructions

Method 2. Via a reminder in the bot

• You will receive automatic reminders to renew the subscription 3 days before it ends, as well as on the last day of the subscription.
• The subscription can be paid for with fiat or cryptocurrency; choose any token from the available list.
• Then click "Renew subscription" in the notification and complete all the steps up to payment.

Frequently asked questions

Is a subscription required for all cards?

A subscription is required only for reloadable cards with the Easy or Smart tariff.

I have several cards — do I need to pay for each one?

No. A multi-subscription applies — one active subscription covers all your cards.

What happens if I don’t pay for the subscription on time?

The card will be frozen — you won’t be able to top it up or make purchases.

But you do not need to pay for all the missed months.

If you decide to come back in 2–3 months, it is enough to pay only for the current month, and the card will become active again.

When will I receive a renewal reminder?

We will send a notification in Telegram:

3 days before it ends, as well as on the last day of the subscription.

What payment methods are available?

Can I pay for the subscription for several months at once?
