# Plus subscription

### Why do I need a subscription?

The Plus subscription is a maintenance fee for Easy and Smart cards. It keeps your virtual card active, allowing you to safely pay for services, make purchases, and top up your balance.

Without an active subscription, the card **is frozen** and becomes unavailable. To unfreeze it, you need to pay for the subscription.

### How much does the subscription cost?

Wanttopay Plus can be purchased for 1, 3, or 12 months. The longer the term, the lower the cost per month. The current prices and discount amount are shown below.

### How to pay for the subscription

#### Method 1. Manual renewal via the mini app

* Go to the mini app [@WantToPayBot](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot)
* Select an active card
* In the block under the card information, click <kbd>“Renew subscription”</kbd>
* Select a payment method
* Click <kbd>“Confirm and pay”</kbd>
* After going to the service website <kbd>follow the instructions</kbd>

#### Method 2. Via a reminder in the bot

* You will receive automatic reminders to renew the subscription 3 days before it ends, as well as on the last day of the subscription.
* The subscription can be paid for with fiat or cryptocurrency; choose any token from the available list.
* Then click "Renew subscription" in the notification and complete all the steps up to payment.
