General product description** 1.1. Virtual cards with a reloadable balance. Suitable for online purchases, shopping, hotel bookings, and travel. 1.2. The cards support 3D-Secure technology. Confirmation codes are sent in the Telegram bot. 1.3. Cards support contactless payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay in different countries. Exception: Russia and other countries subject to sanctions restrictions. 1.4. The validity period of the virtual card is 24 months from the date of issue. 1.5. Issuance region: USA. **2. Rates and fees** 2.1. The card issuance fee when paying with cryptocurrency is $35. When paying in ₽ — 3,490 ₽. The card requires a minimum deposit of $10. 2.2. Balance top-ups are available at the internal exchange rate, which can be viewed in the “Home” section [in the Wanttopay mini app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI). 2.3. Top-up via cryptocurrency is available through any of the supported tokens and networks in the Wanttopay app. The top-up fee is 7%, plus the blockchain network fee on top.\ \ 2.4. The card can be topped up only through the Wanttopay mini-app using the methods specified in the "Home" section. Direct transfers from other bank or virtual cards are not credited to the balance, even if the funds were debited. Such transfers are non-refundable. 2.5. The card can be topped up with amounts from $4 to $5,000. The minimum top-up amount via cryptocurrency is $4, plus network fees. Funding the card by transfer using the card number is prohibited. The card can be topped up only through the Wanttopay mini app using the methods specified in the "Home" section. Any transfers from bank cards, foreign banks, or other virtual cards are not credited and are non-refundable, even if the money was successfully debited. 2.5.1. Use new payment details for each top-up. Payment details can be used **only once**. A repeat transfer using previously used details will not be credited. Such a transfer cannot be refunded, so always use only current payment details and strictly follow the payment system instructions. 2.6. The maximum spending limit per month is $50,000. 2.7. An active Plus subscription is required to use the card. A fee of $6 is charged every 30 days starting from the end of the free period. You will receive a notification with a payment link 3 days before the charge and on the payment day.\ \ 2.7.1. A discount is available when paying for the subscription for 3, 6, or 12 months. If the subscription is not paid on time, the card is frozen. To unfreeze it, renew the subscription for 1 month or longer in your personal account. 2.9. At the end of the validity period, the card is reissued free of charge, provided the subscription is active. The remaining balance on the expired card is not refunded. 2.9.1 Fees when paying:

**3. Refund terms** 3.1. Virtual Pro tariff cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 3.2. Funds credited to the balance of the Pro card are non-refundable. **4. Restrictions and prohibitions** 4.1. Payment for the following categories is prohibited: • money transfers and transfers to other cards or wallets • services with 18+ content, dating sites • cryptocurrency exchanges and exchangers • online casinos, gambling, betting, lotteries • gas stations • top-up and purchase of prepaid cards • payment of deposits and surety • third-party e-wallets (WebMoney, Payeer, PayPal, etc.) • any resources that violate international law 4.2. The card does not support transfers to other bank or virtual cards. 4.3. It is forbidden to link a card with a zero balance to trial subscriptions. In case of abuse, the card may be automatically blocked without the possibility of restoration. 4.4. It is forbidden to make multiple transactions when the balance is insufficient. Check the balance before paying and unlink the card from services with automatic charges. In case of abuse, the card may be automatically blocked without the possibility of restoration. 4.5. Purchases from merchants in the following countries are prohibited: Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Belarus, Russia, Sudan, Venezuela. When paying in the currencies of these countries, the card may be automatically blocked by the issuing bank. 4.6. Activation of promo codes, promotional tariffs, and trial periods with the Pro card is not guaranteed. In this case, the card issuance fee is non-refundable. **5. Support:** 5.1.
