User registration error (Error code: #U001)

Possible causes

This error occurs if you try to register with a phone number or email address that has already been used before.

The system does not allow creating a second account with the same contact details.

What should you do?

If you see this error, you have most likely already registered.

Contact support via @WantToPaySupportBot, we will check the details and tell you what to do next.

401 Unauthorized when logging into the mini app (Error code: #U002)

What should you do? The active app session lasts 15 minutes. After this time, the connection will be interrupted, which will cause the error. To log in again, tap «Menu» → «Open app» → «Log in». If that does not help, restart @WantToPayBot with the /start command and try again.

White screen or 401 error when logging into the mini app (Error code: #U003)

What should you do? Special characters in the «First name», «Last name», «Username», and Bio fields in Telegram may interfere with logging into the app. Try removing them and try again.

White screen when logging into the app via Telegram Desktop (Error code: #U004)

What should you do? To log in to the mini app use mobile Telegram — for some providers, logging in through the desktop version may not work; login may not work for some providers. If the issue could not be resolved, contact support.

500 Server Error when logging into the mini app (Error code: #U005)

What should you do? For proper operation, make sure you have the latest version of Telegram installed. If the issue could not be resolved, contact support.
