# Terms of use and refunds

Top-up cards are suitable for paying for goods and services in specific services. Each card contains a unique code that can be used only once. After activation, the funds are credited to the account.

**Important:** the card is a one-time code, so it is not displayed or stored in your account inside the [Wanttopay mini-app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI).

#### Returns and exchanges

Top-up cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are digital goods with a unique code. Once the code is transferred, it is considered used, even if it has not been activated.

#### **Card prices**

The price of a gift card depends on its denomination, as well as the selected service. The final price is displayed when purchasing the card in the Wanttopay mini-app.

#### User responsibility

The user independently checks the card and account region, the correctness of entering the code, and uses the card as intended.
