# Gate.io top-up card
Gift card with a code for crediting USDT to a Gate.io account. Funds are credited via the code — you do not need to enter a wallet address or choose a network.
#### **How to get a card with a code**
1. Go to our [mini-app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI).
2. Select the Gate.io gift card on the storefront and tap Issue card.
3. Select a convenient payment method.
4. Choose the denomination you need — the price will be reflected in the app immediately.
5. Copy the code that will arrive in [the @WantToPayBot bot](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI).
If the code didn’t arrive, write to [the support service](https://telegram.me/WantToPaySupportBot). We’ll help you figure it out.
#### **How to activate the code**
It is most convenient to activate the card in the Gate.io mobile app.
1. Download the app [Gate.io](https://www.gate.io/) and sign in to your account.
2. Use the search in the app and enter “gift” and in the block Functions select Gift Cards.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Redeem.

4. In the window that opens, select Enter a Code.
5. Paste the code into the field Redemption Code and press Redeem.

#### **Where to find the credited funds**
After activation, the USDT goes not to the trading account, but to the payment account — Payment Account.
1. Go back to the main screen of the Gate.io app.
2. Switch to the tab Money at the top of the screen.
3. The amount will appear in the block Crypto, and in Recent Activity the transaction will appear Receipt with the USDT credit.
#### **Transfer and withdrawal of funds**
**Transfer to a spot account.** Funds from the payment account can be transferred to a Gate.io spot account:
1. In the tab Money tab, click Send.
2. Specify the destination Payment Account → Spot Account.
3. Select USDT, enter the amount (or tap Max, to transfer the entire balance) and confirm the transfer by swiping Slide to Confirm.
**Withdraw to an external crypto wallet.** Use the withdrawal function, specify the wallet address and network. If withdrawal from the payment account is unavailable, first transfer the funds to the spot account.

#### **If you run into issues redeeming the code**
❌ **Can't find the Gift Cards section**
Use the search in the Gate.io app: type “gift” and select Gift Cards in the block Functions.
❌ **The code is activated, but the balance hasn't changed**
Open the tab Money: funds from the gift card are credited to the Payment Account, not to the spot account.
❌ **Gate.io says the code is invalid or already used**
Check whether the code was entered correctly. Pay attention to similar characters: **0 / O**, **1 / I**, and also the keyboard layout.
#### **Card prices**
The price depends on the denomination and is shown when purchasing the card in the Wanttopay mini-app.
#### **What else is important to know**
— **A Gate.io account is required for activation.** If you don't have an account yet, register in advance.
— **The code can only be used once.** After activation, it cannot be used again.
— **Returns and exchanges are not possible.** The card is issued with a unique code, so once the code is received, it cannot be returned or exchanged. — **Activate the code only in the official Gate.io app or on the website.** Do not enter it on third-party sites or send it to strangers.
— **The card is a one-time code**, so it is not displayed or stored in your account inside [the Wanttopay mini-app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI).
