Card balance top-up
Prepaid, Easy, Smart, and Pro virtual cards support balance top-ups. To top up the balance of an existing card, go to the Wanttopay mini app, select a card, and click Top up — in fiat or cryptocurrency.
⚠️ For each cryptocurrency top-up, use new payment details. The payment details can only be used once. A repeated transfer using previously used details will not be credited.
It is impossible to reverse such a transfer, so for payment always use only the current details and strictly follow the payment system’s instructions.
How long does a balance top-up take
Usually, the top-up is credited to the card balance immediately. In some cases, it can take up to 180 minutes. If the money still hasn’t arrived three hours later, write to support.
