# Card balance top-up
Prepaid, Easy, Smart, and Pro virtual cards support balance top-ups. To top up the balance of an existing card, go to [the Wanttopay mini app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI), select a card, and click Top up — in fiat or cryptocurrency.
**⚠️ For each cryptocurrency top-up, use new payment details.** The payment details can only be used once. A repeated transfer using previously used details will not be credited.
It is impossible to reverse such a transfer, so for payment always use only the current details and strictly follow the payment system’s instructions.
#### How long does a balance top-up take
Usually, the top-up is credited to the card balance immediately. In some cases, it can take up to **180 minutes**. If the money still hasn’t arrived three hours later, write to [support](https://t.me/WantToPaySupportBot).
### Balance top-up in cryptocurrency
* Select a card from the list
* Click Top up
* Select a cryptocurrency from the list
* Select the required network
* Enter the required amount
* Click `Pay`
* Follow the instructions on the cryptomus website
