Verification codes

Wanttopay has several codes for different actions. We’ve gathered them in one place so it’s easier to understand which code is needed and where to find it.

1. Phone number confirmation code

When registering, you need to confirm your phone number. To do this, enter the code from the Telegram bot Verification Codes.

The code usually arrives right away. If the message doesn’t arrive, contact support.

2. 3D Secure code

3D Secure (3DS) — an additional check when paying by card online. Sometimes the service may ask you to enter a code to confirm the transaction.

If a 3D Secure window appears during payment, follow the instructions on the screen and enter the received code.

Important: 3D Secure is not requested for every payment. It depends on the service’s security settings and the transaction itself.

3. Apple Wallet code

When adding a card to Apple Wallet you will need a one-time code from @WantToPayBot in Telegram.

Usually the code arrives within a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, try requesting it again.

4. Google Play code

When adding a card or paying in Google Play you may need a code from a test transaction.

Google Play charges a small amount — about $0,50 — and includes the code in the transaction name. Find it in your Wanttopay transaction history, copy the code, and enter it into Google Play.

The temporary charge is usually refunded within a few minutes.
