How to top up the card balance?

Virtual cards with Smart and Pro tariffs can be topped up. To top up the balance of an existing card, simply go to the chatbot @WanttopayBot. Below is a detailed guide on how to top up your balance.

Top Up Balance with Cryptocurrency

  • Select a card from the existing cards list.

  • Click top up.

  • Choose a convenient payment method.

  • Select a cryptocurrency from the list.

  • Select the required network.

  • Enter the required amount.

  • Click pay.

  • Follow the instructions on the website.

Attention! You cannot top up the balance of a prepaid card.

However, you can issue an unlimited number of such cards.

After the card’s expiration date, it will be automatically deleted along with the remaining balance.
