Internet abroad without roaming and local SIM cards. Install eSIM before your trip and use the internet as soon as you arrive in a new country.

What is eSIM?

eSIM is a digital version of a regular SIM card. You don't need to insert it into your phone or swap it before traveling.

You can store several eSIMs on one device and switch between them when needed. Your main SIM card will remain in the phone — you can use it for calls and SMS.

Where does Wanttopay eSIM work?

Currently, Wanttopay eSIM is available for trips to:

Will my phone work?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM.

For example:

• iPhone XR, XS and later
• Samsung Galaxy S20 and later
• Google Pixel 3 and later

Not sure whether your device has eSIM? Check whether your device settings include “Add eSIM”.

Another way is to dial *#06#. If the window that opens contains the line EID (eSIM identifier), then your device supports eSIM.

What you should know before buying

🌐 Install eSIM before your trip

An internet connection is required for installation. We recommend setting up eSIM in advance — it will connect automatically in the destination country.

🗑️ Do not delete the eSIM during your trip

After deleting it, you won't be able to install this profile again. If the internet stops working, do not delete the eSIM. First check the settings or contact support.

🌍 eSIM works only in the country of purchase

For example, an eSIM for Turkey will work only in Turkey, and an eSIM for the UAE only in the UAE. In Russia, such SIM cards do not work.

How to buy eSIM?

1. Go to the Wanttopay app and find eSIM in the storefront.
2. Choose the country you're going to and the appropriate data package.
3. Pay for the eSIM in any convenient way.
4. After payment, the QR code and installation details will be sent to the Wanttopay bot.
