# 30% discount on the Easy card for new users

Promotion for new Wanttopay users: sign up, complete identity verification within 7 days — and receive a promo code for 30% off when issuing an Easy card.

## Who can participate

The promotion is open to **new users**, who registered with Wanttopay and have not made any purchases in the service before. If the account has already had at least one paid order, the promo code will not be issued.

Wanttopay services are available to persons aged 18 and over.

## How to get a promo code

1. Register in the [Wanttopay mini app](https://telegram.me/WantToPayBot?start=w17851188--luMLI) in Telegram.
2. Complete identity verification (KYC) — **within 7 calendar days from the date of registration**.
3. Immediately after successful verification, the promo code will be sent in a message in the Wanttopay Telegram bot.

If verification is not completed within 7 days from registration, the promo code will not be issued.

## How to use the promo code

The promo code is entered **when placing an order** for issuing an Easy card — in the promo code field. The 30% discount is calculated from the cost of issuing the Easy card at the current rate and is displayed in the final amount before payment.

## What the discount applies to

The discount applies **only to issuing an Easy card**.

The promo code does not apply to other Wanttopay products and services, including:

* issuing cards under the Prepaid, Smart, and Pro plans;
* Plus subscription;
* top-up cards (gift cards);
* eSIM;
* cryptocurrency exchange;
* card balance and internal balance top-ups, transaction fees.

## Additional terms

* The promo code is issued once per account and is not transferable to other users.
* The promo code cannot be combined with other promo codes and discounts.
* The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
* If an order paid with a promo code is refunded, the actual amount paid will be refunded. The discount is not compensated in cash, and the promo code is not restored.
* The promotion is valid until it is canceled. Wanttopay reserves the right to change the terms or end the promotion by posting an update on this page. Changes do not affect promo codes issued before they were published.
* The promotion is not a public offer and is not a promotional event requiring registration.
* Organizer: WTP Technology Limited (HK), Incorporation number 76394774, Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://faq.wanttopay.net/wanttopay-app/english/akcii/skidka-30-na-kartu-easy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
